1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused and in original packaging
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

❌ Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items returned after the return window

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone
  2. Share your order ID and issue details
  3. Attach clear photos/videos (if damaged or defective)

Our team will review and confirm your request within 24–48 hours.


3. Return Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on shipping
  • Ensure the product is properly packed
  • After inspection, we will proceed with refund or replacement

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality check
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI


5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is defective or damaged, we offer a free replacement
  • Replacement depends on product availability
  • If unavailable, a full refund will be issued

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or usage reasons (if applicable).
