1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused and in original packaging
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
❌ Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Items returned after the return window
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone
- Share your order ID and issue details
- Attach clear photos/videos (if damaged or defective)
Our team will review and confirm your request within 24–48 hours.
3. Return Process
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on shipping
- Ensure the product is properly packed
- After inspection, we will proceed with refund or replacement
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality check
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
5. Replacement Policy
- If the product is defective or damaged, we offer a free replacement
- Replacement depends on product availability
- If unavailable, a full refund will be issued
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
7. Non-Returnable Items
